Montauk Seafood Salad w/Cold Lemon-Caper Spaghetti

This is the lunch to make you the envy of the office! Tilapia Fish Tacos w/ Cream Verde & Black Beans

Unlike traditional fish tacos which are battered and deep-fried, these fish fillets are given a very light cornmeal coating seasoned with chipotle and jalapeno powders, briefly pan fried, then steamed to perfection. The tilapia is then piled into a warm corn tortilla, drizzled with cream verde and topped with crunchy cabbage. Served with a side of black beans.
